Need ways to increase the NW

Hi, I am 25 M Have done graduation in tech from tier 2 college. Working in a service based MNC with 14 CTC. I have around 15 L in networth out of which allocation is 50% in equity 30% liquid(due to market being ath) 20% debt but seeing the posts in this sub has gotten me into fomo that I am not doing good financially now this can be a selection bias but the thing is I have a very competitive mindset.

TL,DR please I don't seek advises like "comparison is thief of joy" , "you're already doing good than most" ,"There always be someone better than you" kind of response

I am here for genuine advise to how can I improve networth. Should I be focusing more on how I manage my finances or should I be focusing more on to grow professionally.

Background: even though I am single but my parents are dependent on me financially so I can't just go crazy with my money into crypto/micro caps and all.
