Am I saving enough money for my age?

I'm 15 years old and I make around $1,000 a month ($500 every paycheck/bi-weekly)

I'm planning on doing this (monthly):

Checking: $200.

Savings: $200.

Roth IRA: $400.

Emergency: $200.

Is this enough? I don't feel like it is. I have to pay for my phone bill and martial arts classes which are essential for me and that's already $200, let alone personal things like hygiene products, workout equipment, books, etc. I want to have more money to spend (I know I'm only supposed to spend my money on what I need and not what I want but I need to pay for my phone bill, martial arts classes, hygiene products, etc. Even if I take away the workout equipment and books, etc. I still won't have enough to spend on myself essentially.

As for my savings, Roth IRA, and emergency fund, I want to know if saving $200 a month (savings and emergency fund) is enough as I'm working towards buying a gaming setup as soon as possible ($2,000-$3,000) and a car later on around 18 ($5,000-$10,000) and if putting $400 into my Roth IRA is enough to retire at an early age (40ish) and have enough money to live the rest of my life lavishly.

I just want to make sure I'm enjoying my life now and doing what I want but also saving for what I need/want and investing in my future and financial independence and success.

What else should I know/do? Any help is appreciated, thank you so much everyone! :)
