NVMe and this trash motherboard

I was trying to clean my Windows 11 and reinstall it from Windows itself but an error occured and corrupted the system files, Since then the NVMe that had the system installed on became unreadable, It can be readable for the first time when I turn on the PC only. After any restart it becomes unreadable (even when it's readable still can't boot from it because it still have the corrupted files). While in Windows installation media, I still can't format the NVMe or install new Windows on it as you can see in the pictures, tried to run some commands that force formatting it but looks like it's completely untouchable. So I was forced to install Windows 11 on an HDD and try to access or format the NVMe from there but still can't, it says: "location is not available, a device which does not exist was specified". Note 1- few days ago I checked the NVMe's health and it was 87% (Hikvision 256GB). Note 2- I have a garbage Chinese motherboard called Onda B450S which doesn't even have secure erase so I can't even format the NVMe to restore its factory settings in BIOS.
