Does playing padel with wet balls damage the racket?

Hello it is monsoon in our country and not all courts are covered properly here. The club where i play has some leakage and 75-80% of the court is wet always so the balls start getting wet in 15-20 mins of gameplay.

Will this damage my padel? People do play with their expensive padels and tell me it does no damage. But Im not sure 🥲
