Should I be concerned?

I got my first pac man frog a week ago and it eats very well and I keep the humidity up but with heat has been a bit difficult but I have a heat lamp. Long story short my pac man is under the substrate and hasn’t come up for a day and I want to know what to do to make sure it stays healthy. Thanks in advance!
