The most interesting thing this season is that the two Best Actress frontrunners haven't directly competed with each other anywhere.

Torres won the GG Drama and Moore won the GG Comedy in different categories. Torres isn't nominated at CC, BAFTA or SAG. If Moore wins at those precursors, it will show that she is stronger than Madison/Erivo (we don't talk about Gascón). She isn't really winning 'over' Torres anywhere, and so we won't know how strong Moore is against Torres exactly until all the way at the Oscars.
