I would like restaurant suggestions, please

I live in Casselberry, and am getting pretty bored of the stuff I can drive to in ten minutes or order online. I love a good burger, but I also like other cuisines, and am open to trying just about anything. On the weeknights I don't want to travel too far, but on the weekends I've been known to as far as south Orange to check things out. I get kind of overwhelmed with the local IG influencers trying to sell us every ramen shop in town (not that I'm opposed to ramen). Maybe something in Lake or Volusia or Brevard or Winter Garden or Osceola? I'm not very fancy so I'd rather not have to dress up, but I'm okay with spending money if the food is good. I like fun and/or laid back atmospheres. I don't drink, so that's not a focus. Any and all suggestions will be appreciated, thanks.
