Apps not available for my Phone

Hello, does anyone have the same problem: apps are in the Google Playstore are "not compatible" with my phone after updating to OS 15? Like Bluesky is not available. I have a 12R. If yes, has anyone been able to solve it? I've updated everything, cleared the cache of my Playstore App, restarted my phone and logged out of my Google account..
