Sending myself flowers

I’m the one in my office that makes sure we get a card and desert for every person on their birthday. I get up early and go to the store and make sure it’s there when the Birthday person arrives. Well today is my birthday……. And last year no one did the same for me. It made me feel bad and wondering if they even really like me. I know it’s stupid to expect things from the people you work with but I’d like to feel like my coworkers care. So today I’m sending myself flowers because I don’t want to feel bad this year!
