Reoccurring yeast infections

Hi everyone! I have had reoccurring yeast infections since October of last year. This is around the same time that I got two UTI’s about a month apart and we started some post coital prophylactic antibiotics. The antibiotic is 250mg of keflex that I take after each time I have sex. My doctor doesn’t seem to think that it is related to the yeast infections that I have been getting every other month or so since then. In January I even went as far as taking diflucan once a week for 6 weeks and it’s been less than a month and I tested positive for yeast again. Each time I get a yeast infection I have also infected my partner- who then gets treatment as well. Overall this has really affected my sex life. I am terrified to have sex. I don’t have often strong symptoms of a yeast infection, just some mild burning, so it’s very difficult for me to know when one is coming on. I have tried boric acid, probiotics. Everything. I don’t know what else to do.
