Looking for a reasonably priced mental health therapist. Could be oakville or burlington

I've gone to therapists before In the past, but at the time we're covered by a speciality insurance program I was involved in that I've since left.

I've recently had some really tough times and need to get some outside help. I have insurance but it's not much per year. And so fsr every place I've looked at is close to 250-300 dollars a session.
