What nursing specialties seem to have the happiest nurses?

I'm planning on quitting my job in the ED come my 6 month-ish mark. I'm talking about satisfaction and nurses who can truly say they love (or at least like) their jobs? In your experience, which units/specialties have you seen nurses be the happiest!
