Is the Northern Ireland school system really better than down South, Scotland, England and Wales?

Google says that studies carried out have found that pupils here have a higher level education than people in the mainland UK and down south. It also claims that they outperform people in England, Wales and Scotland in terms of maths, science and reading.

An article posted by the Belfast Telegraph in 2012 claims that the education system here is the best performing for primary maths. In 2023, BBC posted an article claiming that NI children were ranked fifth in the world for reading

So does this mean that Northern Ireland pupils are amongst the hardest working in the world and that we have one of the worlds best education systems? I find this shocking
