Baby Falls Asleep EVERY feed

Baby (born at 25 weeks) is back home after about 100 days in the NICU, but cannot finish rarely any bottle because he simply falls asleep Is anyone else’s baby so tired that they can’t finish bottles? I get falling asleep occasionally or even getting drowsy, but he is deep sleep and unengaged after about 10 mls every single time. Someone tell me we’re not alone and you have some tips please….
