10 week old hasn't pooped in 48 hours

Hi all! My EBF 10 week old has always had 1 BM per day up until this week. This week he only pooped every other day and today has been over 48 hours since his last poop diaper. The pediatrician has told us in the past not to be concerned unless he hasn't had a BM in over 7 days, but that's just such a big difference from his normal behavior, so it seems odd to wait that long. He doesn't appear fussy or bothered by it. I wonder if he's not getting enough to eat? He has been feeding less often since he now sleeps 6 hour stretches at night (so about 1 less feed at night). Just wondering if this is normal for this age?
