Way to attract Hermeowne in Neko Atsume2

I looked in my shop and I don’t see the night time egg, is they any other way I can attract Hermeowne? I also am wondering y so many toys are missing compared to the cat toys I see on reddit. I’ve only own the 2nd game never the original, is that y?
