Pokémon Stadium doesn't work, help!

Hi, my brother has been trying to fix this Nintendo 64 cartridge, it's Pokémon Stadium, however, it doesn't work. When you insert it into the console it doesn't even boot. Does anyone know what's wrong or what we can do to fix it?
