How can I watch The Room (2003)?

One of my Resolutions for 2020 was to finally see Tommy Wiseau's 'The Room'. And goddammit I have one more month to make it happen and what a close to the year it would be to finally get a hold of this shitty film.

Can't find this film anywhere - not on Amazon, on NetFlix, HBO, public libraries, my friend who downloads stuff illegally can't even find it.

How does one watch 'The Room'?
