Just switched to Cloud Pharmacy and wondering how long they take to deliver?

So I did my first month with Lloyd's and I went to order my 5mg pen 2 days ago but they were out of stock, so I decided to try Cloud Pharmacy because I've heard they are good in the long term and cost less. I did my assessment and placed my order on Wednesday, I got a confirmation email straight away and 10 minutes later got another saying it has been approved. I've heard nothing since. In my 'Orders' on my account it still just says "processing" so I'm assuming it hasn't even been dispatched yet which is frustrating. Is this normal for Cloud? With Lloyd's from assessment to delivery was literally 24 hours.
