Best lightweight/middleweight bikes for duos

Hello,

I want to buy a bike to do some off-roading (solo) and touring (mostly motorways with a passenger) and budget wise, I have shortlisted these 3 : RE Himalayan 450, CFMoto 450 MT and the Voge 525DSX.

Do you have any idea which one would be best ?
