100 Spam calls in two days

I am working with a bank for a mortgage loan to buy a house. They checked my credit, and since then I have gotten 100 calls from other “mortgage lenders”. I have gotten two just since I took these screenshots a few minutes ago.

I am also getting texts where people include my address and name and ask if I need a loan.

How is this legal?!
