Mechanic hasn't even touched my car they've had since September

My car has several issues that makes it undrivable. It had to be towed to the mechanic, after they said they could take it. Every day for 3 full months I have been carpooling to and from work, waiting on them to fix my car.

I hadn't been calling them too much because I knew they had work to do, and I didn't want to pester them. The times I did call, I was told they were working on it, and they would let me know when they had something to tell me. Never in a million years did I dream they hadn't even looked at my car in 3 full months.
