Creating VLAN Interfaces on MS Switches using API

Looks like I can do this only on MX Switches and "Appliance" type networks. For Networks with MS Switches I do not see API support to create VLAN interfaces and assign IP address to them, turn on DHCP relay etc. Please correct me if I am wrong. Ofcourse I can see the support from DashBoard - but I am only talking of API support here.
