how hard is it to get into Charles uni ( Czech republic) for international students?

hi! im an international student looking to apply for a bachelor’s in medicine at Charles university. However everyone keeps saying it’s hard but my question is how hard?? i mean i get it it’s a prestigious university and it’s medicine it is going to be pretty competitive. but is it like a near impossible thing or is it pretty possible w good grades and a pretty mid extracurricular activities? and will a gap year affect my chances of acceptance? can somebody help?? please and thank youu!
