Does anybody know what this rash could be?

I’ve had this rash since beginning of January the first picture was when I noticed it and the second picture is what it looks like now. It doesn’t hurt but it sometimes is a little itchy but majority of the time I forget it’s there can anybody help me try to figure out what it could be? I’ve been using anti fungal cream but idk if it’s even helping
