Eosinophil high level results??

Hiya, I was in A&E the other day for possible infectious gastroenteritis and I was just looking at my blood results. The Eosinophil result is 1.97 x 10*9/L.

Next to it says normal is between 0.04 and 0.40. So now I’m worried. Is it high because of the illness? Because they said my bloods were normal.
