Why pick Jeff in Platinum games

I don’t get it unless you’re just the Jeff of all Jeff’s. There are other healers that would provide more value to your comp. I personally play Invisible woman and just having games where a Jeff will just heal so little and don’t have an ult that can mass heal, allow a push and or keeps your team alive just screws everything. Maybe I’m just running into the bad ones idk someone help me maybe I’m missing something
