Where to learn how to play a hero shooter?

So this is my first ever hero shooter game. I’m loving it. But I’ve hit my first ceiling by not knowing anything about the tactics of the game.

For example I just learned what “dive” means. I’ve got natural sense for off angles but want to get better. I wanna know the strategies and counters and all that jazz
