Is this game from same developers of Paladins?

I'm curious to know if this is true or not. I've notice certain characters movements are very similar to Paladins. Magneto has similar moves to character in Paladins.

Design wise the games modes are exactly the same just with Marvel characters.

The characters designs are ok. Magneto doesn't even look like Magneto. I do love when characters starts screaming out their ultimate ability.
