Best Encounter(s) to highlight modules?

There are several modules that are really interesting to me but I never feel like a module is properly highlighted enough.

Do you have a favorite scenario where you think the modules really shine? Are there any popular fan-scenarios that elevate modules? I feel like I saw people discuss house-rules in the past for elevating Elite minions to primary villains.
