Need to make an impact in my new role
Heyy everyone.
I’ve recently taken on a role that involves providing tactical leadership across multiple areas, including business development, financial and asset management, HR development, compliance, and quality assurance in healthcare. A big part of my job is working closely with leadership teams to improve operations, ensure regulatory compliance (e.g. FDA), and provide on-site support and mentorship to center leaders. I’ll also step in to manage health centers when needed and assist with technical and administrative tasks.
I’d love to hear your advice on what my first 30/60 days should look like. What key areas should I focus on to make the biggest impact early on? Any tips for balancing strategic planning with hands-on support?
