Is 12K MYR enough to live on Kuala Lumpur?

Hi, I'm from Philippines and may get a job offer to work as Oracle DBA in Malaysia and will need to relocate to Malaysia. Is 12K enough or less? Any comments/suggestions is welcome. If you live on both countries please feel free to compare. :))
