Anyone here living/ has lived around p burgos area?

Hi! Just curious about what is the living situation like around p burgos area, especially yung near filling station na part since sobrang dayuhin ng tao around lalo pag weekends. Daming bars around it so expected na that it's noisy, but is the noise bearable? Is it always like that kahit on weekdays? Kamusta naman safety around the streets given na random people visit the area? Bumabaha ba on that part?

There's a possible offer of living space kasi around that area and i just wanna know if kamusta naman dun aside from the expected concerns.
