Fallout 4 Whiskey - How to install mods?

Guys, can you please explain do I install mods for Whiskey?
I tried moving files manufally to the Data folder, but the mod doesn't appear in the game or mods menu.
I also tried installing Mod Organizer 2 under the bottle, but nothing happens when I launch the setup file.
I have a simple mod with ba2 and esp files.
