Does Apple Care+ cover shiny keycap issue??

I have come across posts that complain about the sorrowful quality of the keyboard. Is that the case with the M4 Max 16"? If yes, will Apple give me a free keyboard replacement after 2-3 years while my mac is under the care+ plan?
