I would like to help in finding Batman vs Dracula

To preface, I have recently gained interest in obscure and lost media over the past week, binging a lot of videos in my free time. I watched a video about the lost media iceberg by blameitonjorge (https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=V9vvhq57BkI&ab_channel=blameitonjorge) and one topic in particular caught my attention which is Dracula vs Batman. Its because I wasn't expecting some obscure film from the Philippines (I am Filipino by the way) to pique a group of peoples interest so I thought that was pretty neat. But I remember my father to be very fond of these kinds of films so I talked to him about it earlier and it turns out that he was familiar of the movie.

He normally watches these movies on youtube every night before he goes to bed. And although he said that he hasn't been able to stumble upon the exact movie, he told me that there are other Filipino batman movies that are available that he has watched. He also told me that he is also familiar with the actor's names in the movie as they are well known (or was) in Filipino cinema.

With that being said, I want to know what steps I could take to help in finding the movie since I am pretty positive that this film still has copies from film collectors given that a lot of channels are still able to upload other obscure films in the internet.

Some other points I want to mention:

-I am also willing to translate any possible leads that are in Filipino

-I cant however travel to other places since there's still a lot going on but I'm willing to as soon as the pandemic dies down

-I havent really researched a lot but ill update if i find anything new
