I’ve been doing an hour of cardio a day
I recently got back in the gym after a year of slacking.and I’ve been doing an hour of cardio every day, and attempting too run parts of that hour .i started out only being able too run 3 minutes of the hour, now i can do almost 10 in a little over a week of training .i also been getting better muscle definition, and my man boobs are slowly becoming nonexistent, so overall, I am seeing slow but steady progress. However, because of that I have not been able to do much weightlifting, partly because of exhaustion , but also because of medical issues that limit my lifting ability.My question is would be more beneficial to do say, 30 minutes of cardio and replace the other 30 minutes with weights? Or is the hour a good goal too have
