rather eat sugar in a deficit then healthy
help i’ve been eating very healthy for about 3 months. i would eat 2 meals a day, for lunch i would have a large chef salad with eggs ham and cheese and for dinner i would have a piece of meat with a potato and vegetable. this worked well for me for awhile but i noticed earlier this month i started losing my appetite to eat healthy?? like i feel disgusted if i think about eating something like a piece of meat or eggs or something. all i want to eat is sugar its the only thing im hungry for. yesterday all i had to eat was chocolate and crackers and i know its not healthy but im not sure my appetite for healthy foods is lost also anything salty makes me feel sick.. does anyone have any tips??
