Dermovate causing stretch marks on legs

Does anyone know how to prevent dermovate (clob) causing stretch marks inside of your legs? It must be from the clob touching the inside of my legs and causing the skin to thin but I’m now covered in stretch marks in that area. What does everyone do to prevent this?
