Art groups?

My therapist told me (f20 lol),I should find friends in outside groups… I don’t really have any bc of my anxiety and being too scared to go out and meet new people. But she suggested maybe an art group, I do like art… but do we have anything like that in Nicholasville/Lexington or just a nearby county?
