What is the difference of Wellbutrin and lexapro ?

Curious what the main difference is between Wellbutrin and Lexapro ? I see a lot of side effects with Lexapro and not many with Wellbutrin so just wondering why I would choose Lexapro over Wellbutrin ?

A little background- I would say I’m quite anxious but a lot of it comes from physical appearance so I am very apprehensive on Lexapro with the weight gain and loss of sex drive. As those are the 2 main things I can get anxious about.
