Building has abestos within popcorn cieling, does management have to cover fix?
Hi all. Our condo management notified us via letter that our apartments have abestos in the popcorn cieling but it is safe so as long as we do not try to change the popcorn cieling.
Does anyone know if this is okay? Our management is terribly incompetent and i don't like nor trust them in the slightest. If there were any grounds to have them pay entirely to fix it I'd be hella happy. Or any grounds for legal issue due to us having lived with this for over a decade before being informed.
Does anyone know about this? I've tried googling myself but I'm struggling to find anything specific.
