How long until people realize that Profane hydra's active deals like 600+ damage against low health targets?

People have rightfully been upset about Stormsurge dealing such absurd damage. But with how much spotlight is on the AP items, I feel like Profane Hydra is really going under the radar.

Shit does obscene damage. Way more than an item should ever do on its own. Seriously, look at the damage it does in the active, especially against 'low health' targets.

100% its gonna get nerfed when the AP items eventually get figured out and 'balanced'. Its basically the AD version of stormsurge, in regards to the absurd amount of damage the item itself deals.

For reference, it triggers the bonus damage on people once they're under 50% of their health. And it has a 150% AD ratio. Really easy requirement to meet, considering its intended user base

The title does include an extreme. So how about a more normal example? 239 AD, that's really reasonable and consistent to get. That's basically 2 items. At 239 AD, Profane Hydra's active will do 239 damage in an aoe. When empowered (Hitting targets under 50% HP, 150% AD scaling), it will deal 358 damage instead.

358 is a HUGE number for an item to deal on its own. That's literally another whole ability. This item is busted.
