Underage tattoo

Me and my friend are on vaccation in riga and got the idea to get a small tattoo to remember the trip. The only problem is that we are underage(15 and 16) and you have to be 18 to get a tattoo here. We’re wondering if anyone knows of any tattoo studios that can let that slide. We’re going home in two days so please answer quickly!
