What do you hate about language learning?

Curious to hear what you find challenging about learning a language. What about the apps/tools you use to help you?

For me there are 2 things.

1. finding a method that I didn't get tired of and that I can repeat and still have fun 1 year later.
2. Get a sense of where I am at in my journey and the sense of progress.
