Energy loss- will it ever come back?
Hi im a 34F 5’10 currently 198.2lbs (was 205lb), started Keto a week ago and seem to be doing well so far. I eat anywhere from 1500-1800 cals (im 4 days out from my period so have upped my cals a little). I take all the right electrolytes and make sure to eat my macros. I also IF 18/6 and eat 2 meals with the added snack for the extra cals. I practice taekwondo 3/4 times a week and do active stretching 6 days a week with a good walk 2/3 times a week (might sneak in a kettlebell workout if I fancy it). Happy with progress so far but my gosh I am exhausted! Thats been the biggest thing for me and my training has taken a hit. Guess Ive made this post for some reassurance it’ll get better?? Im training for my black belt and Ive been trying to lose my baby weight for 3 years with no success (hence why im doing keto for the first time) so its important I lose this weight but damn I’m struggling!
