Why does Keto work SO differently on everybody?
I’ve been doing keto for awhile now, and it’s honestly been a wild ride. Some people swear by it and drop weight like crazy, while others (like me) see slower progress. I’ve heard so many stories about people feeling incredible right away. clear-headed, full of energy, but I’ve also seen folks struggle with fatigue, headaches, or even stalling after the initial drop.
It’s got me wondering: what’s really going on here? Is it all about hitting the perfect macros? Genetic differences? Hormones? Or maybe it’s just how your body adapts to using fat instead of carbs?
I’d love to hear from you all; what’s been your experience? Did you hit a wall and push through? Did certain tweaks like adding electrolytes or adjusting protein help you? Or is there something that’s a total keto game-changer I might not know about?
