Hi everyone. I started keto 2 weeks ago and my main goal for these past 2 weeks was to adjust to the new diet. I am finally at a point where I don’t have crazy cravings. I weigh 155 pounds and I’m 5’1. I would like to lose 30 pounds. I’m willing to be really strict with my diet. Any advice on how many calories I should be eating in a day? What about intermittent fasting? Whats worked for you? What hasn’t?
