UIM or 807

Looking for another account to play on while I do some afk skilling grinds for maxing on my main iron. Never done a UIM or a unique account. I loved the normal iron man mode but looking for something a little different. Do you guys have any experience or can provide pros/cons for making a UIM or an 807 iron?
