There was no "Hello" screen during the first setup of my iPhone 15 Pro Max

Hi everyone! A couple of days ago, I purchased my first iPhone - a 15 Pro Max - from an official distributor (Komputronik store in Poland). The original white Apple seals were removed and replaced with the store's seals. Inside, the box was scratched, and there was a fingerprint left on the phone's screen.

The phone was listed as new on the website, but I suspect that someone might have bought it before me and returned it to the store within the 14-day return policy.

What concerns me is that during the initial setup, after the Apple logo, the language settings and subsequent configuration screens appeared immediately, but the "Hello" screen, as shown in reviews, was missing. Even if someone else used the phone before me, a factory reset should still trigger the "Hello" screen on the first boot.

I checked the device's serial number on Apple's official website, and it showed no previous activations. Does anyone know what might be the issue? :(
